Writing
Made in PGH
Made in PGH is a curated digital platform that shares recommendations of outstanding small businesses based in Pittsburgh through its blog, newsletter, and social media. As a contributing writer, I work to create organic and sponsored articles that recommend local businesses or products, as well as feature profiles of entrepreneurs.

Women and Hollywood
The mission of Women and Hollywood is to educate and advocate for gender diversity and inclusion in Hollywood and the global film industry. As an intern, I wrote monthly feature posts and crowdsourcing recommendations as well as bi-monthly film previews. I also transcribed interviews with prominent women directors whose films premiered at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival or 2017 DOC NYC. In addition to the posts indexed below, I also assembled the Women and Hollywood newsletter biweekly.

Trib Total Media
For several years, I contributed to two of Trib Total Media's local news outlets: the Greensburg Tribune-Review, a daily regional publication, and the Scottdale Independent-Observer, a local weekly journal. Though some of my work is not available online, a selection can be read on Trib Total Media's website, TribLive.com.
